What We’ve Built
The Open Standard for Tokenized Equities.
Protocol Components
Stove Protocol — Decentralized mint / redeem standard for 1:1 equity-backed tokens.
Stove Foundation — A neutral foundation ensuring security, transparency, and inclusive participation.
Stove App — A free, user-facing portal for mint / redeem actions and transparent market access.
All components are open-source, verifiable, and auditable.
Key Highlights
Fully On-Chain Transparency — All transactions are verifiable on public networks.
Legal & Compliance Layer — Takers execute purchases and redemptions with verified legal custody and stock ownership.
1:1 Stock-to-Token Mapping — Each token is backed by a corresponding real equity holding.
Open Architecture — Public RFQ settlement and corporate action mechanisms.
How It Works
User selects a desired stock (e.g., AAPL, TSLA) and payment token (USDT, USDC).
The order enters a Public Order Pool, managed via verified smart contracts.
Takers execute legal purchases or redemptions of the underlying stocks:
On Mint, takers purchase and lock the stock, then issue tokens.
On Redeem, takers unlock and sell the stock, returning stablecoins.
The system ensures every on-chain token corresponds 1:1 with real equity positions.
Public order pools operate under registered agreements via RPC endpoints, ensuring full transparency and verifiable execution.
